In recent years,with the development of social economy in our country,new requirements have been put forward for vocational education on how to better train skilled personnel with comprehensive qualities,especially those with architectural engineering skills.According to the thinking of learning,thinking and exploring,this paper systematically studies the German vocational education system,analyzes the characteristics of the German "dual system" vocational education model and the ways of training teachers,and analyzes the concrete concept of "action-oriented teaching method" which is the main educational method adopted in German vocational education system.Based on the theoretical foundation and model design idea,this paper studies and analyzes the vocational school curriculum plan and enterprise curriculum plan under the learning field curriculum of German vocational education system.Through a deep understanding of the concept and method of German vocational education model,it lays a foundation for its reference in the field of vocational education in China.Based on the current situation of engineering education in China,with the aim of cultivating students' key vocational abilities and adapting to the needs of engineering construction talents in China,this paper probes into the application of German vocational education model in engineering education in China,and probes into the promotion of schoolenterprise education.The construction of teachers,the training of teachers' vocational education ability,the application of action-oriented teaching method in engineering teaching area,the development and application of courses in the field of action-oriented learning,and the construction of the evaluation system of middle-level engineering education in China.By comparing the training objectives,system and curriculum system of vocational education between China and Germany,this paper probes into the thought for the adjustment of vocational-oriented secondary vocational engineering education curriculum system in China,and puts forward some constructive suggestions.
