With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard,more and more families begin to buy private cars as a means of transportation,and the number of private cars increases year by year.However,the existing parking resources have been unable to meet people’s needs,"parking difficult" has become a problem demanding reasonable solutions.The problem of difficult parking can not be solved only by building new large parking lots alone.The main problems in these large and medium-sized parking lots are below: the existing parking spaces are not fully utilized,the car owners can not find a suitable parking space and also have a difficult time to pick up the car.Therefore,to solve the problem of difficult parking in cities,it is necessary to solve the problem of how to make these large-scale parking in cities are used effectively to provide services for people and to arrange parking resources reasonably.According to the descriptions of the existing main problems to the parking lot,through consulting a large number of documents and data,compared to the system which related to the documents and parking lots,this paper designed and developed a service in large and medium-sized parking lot which has the function of intelligent parking guidance and found the car system,and carries on the design research.The system mainly provides the client side which the owner can use to the parking lot and management side for administrators to use parking lot system.The system is mainly to solve the problem when the owner wants to find suitable parking space in the process of parking and find the car when the owner picks up the car.Through this system,car owners can query the recorded parking lot distribution in their city and a real-time usage of the parking space inside the parking lot.Then,according to the location they want to reach,they can choose the nearby parking lot and choose the appropriate parking space based on the system prompts and their parking demands.When the car owner arrives at the parking lot,based on the theoretical basis of Dijkstraalgorithm,the system generates the parking-guiding route to choose the optimal park system which is also designed with the function of searching for the car.When the owner forgets or cannot find the specific position of his/her car when he/she returns to the parking lot,the specific position of his/her car can be inquired through the function of searching for the car.In addition,the system interface can generate the shortest path from the position of the car for the convenience of the car owner.In this way,the car owner will not spend too much time looking for a suitable parking lot,parking space and looking for the car when picking up the car.It will also make the interior of the parking lot more informational and intelligent,and will effectively improve the utilization rate of the parking lot.This paper uses Microsoft SQL Sever database software,Microsoft Visual Studio programming software and ArcGIS software to complete the construction of the whole system;Using Amap technology and programming language C#+AE language,the system realizes the basic functions of real-time information release,parking space selection,parking guidance,vehicle searching and vehicle path guidance.Through the relevant tests to the whole system which is demonstrated that each functional module from this system can be realized.This system has certain use and reference value.
