With the rapid development of urbanization and significant improvement of people's living standards in China,the continuous growth in the number of private cars leads to a parking problem which become a negative factor that affect the quality of life and urban ecological environment. The parking guidance system is an effective way to improve the efficiency of the existing parking resources and alleviate the parking problem, when the increase rate of parking facilities and the growth rate of urban automobile does not match. However, taking into account some drawbacks and deficiencies of the existing parking guidance systems, the introduction of advanced Internet of Things technology into the parking guidance system makes the function of it more consummate.In this paper, based on parking guidance system, Internet of Things technology is introduced, a parking APP system is designed with mobile internet for publishing parking information and the corresponding software of mobile client and server are achieved.First of all, by studying the drawbacks of the existing parking guidance system and the appliance advantages in the field of parking guidance, this paper propose a solution of jointing the Internet of Things technology to the parking guidance system. Based on the system requirements, the organization structure and the specific function modules of the system are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used parking detection equipments are compared, and the information publishing methods of intelligent parking guidance system are discussed.Then, this paper focuses on the design and implementation of the parking APP system which uses the mobile Internet to publish the parking guidance information. The system composition and work flow are introduced at first, and the parking information collection, APP, server and system database are designed. Certainly, the APP and parking APP system background management functions are completed. Mobile APP can provide users with parking information inquiries, parking reservations, map navigation, personal information management and other functions. The background management system can provide the system administrator with the clients information management and the parking lot information management, and provides the parking lot who join the system with parking information management and the parking record inquiry function.Finally, this paper studies the parking management system, and the parking management system framework is put forward. The accurate guidance scheme of parking space inside parking lot is designed based on Dijkstra algorithm, and illustrated with actual case.
