In recent years,China's air transport industry has received close attention from the global aviation industry,and the development of China's civil aviation industry is growing rapidly.Airline ticket prices are closely related not only to the profitability of airlines,but also to the vital interests of passengers.Airline ticket prices are very important for airlines.C Airlines occupies a medium proportion of the market share in the domestic aviation market.Under the background of increasingly fierce price competition,C Airlines has been seeking a scientific air ticket pricing scheme.Firstly,this paper expounds the management system and development,pricing economics theory and revenue management theory of China's Civil Aviation Passenger Fare pricing,outlines the necessity of the existence of multi-level fare structure and the influence of fuel surcharge on pricing,and then puts forward from the analysis of the development status of C Airlines and its ticket fare system,pricing process,classification of airline's routes and market segmentation.Then,this paper focuses on the analysis of three main factors affecting airline ticket pricing: route competition,route demand and flight cost.Taking specific routes as an example,this paper puts forward pricing optimization strategies for perfect competition market and air-rail competition market respectively,and proposes that competition-oriented airline pricing should always be self-contained.Suggestions on keeping the price in line with the m arket price;Establishing regression model based on relevant historical data to forecast passenger flow,and then formulating pricing strategy according to the forecast results;From the perspective of aircraft cost,it is proposed that the optimal time for high-quality flights should be allocated to large aircraft,flights with general demand and poor time,allocation of variable costs and fixed costs.Suggestions for the optimization of smaller passenger aircraft.The regression analysis model proposed in this paper can predict the passenger flow of C Airlines.It not only helps the revenue managers to improve the accuracy of passenger flow prediction in practical work,but also increases the revenue and profit margin of the airlines.Finally,through the analysis of the operation status of the designed pricing optimization scheme,an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the optimized pricing scheme.
