The Scheme Design Of The Asset Management Information System Of Hohhot Railway Bureau

In recent years,with the vigorous development of Internet and communication technology,the informatization construction of Huhhot Railway Administration has been steadily promoted and fruitful.However,with the increasing pressure of Information Department management,the construction of asset management information system becomes imminent.Usually,there are two choices in the construction of MIS: purchasing off-the-shelf software package and looking for software suppliers for project development.Software suite is relatively mature for general business,but often can not meet the personalized needs of enterprises.In the process of asset management information system construction,it is necessary to combine the characteristics of the railway system,not only to facilitate the use of front-line personnel,but also to enable the core managers to grasp the actual situation at any time,and at the same time to facilitate the dissemination of experience and knowledge.The assets management information system of Huhhot Railway Administration is the internal system of the Information Department of Huhhot Railway Administration.It realizes the integrated management of the whole life cycle of the assets,the network resources and the information room(including maintenance,patrol inspection,fault handling,shift,emergency drill,etc.).This paper describes the system from the functional requirements analysis,system design and post-effect testing process,each function of the system operation process and implementation results are customized for the system users,more practical,to meet the daily management needs.It realizes that the assets and their related attributes are interrelated with the original independent individuals such as project,person,location,application,network,daily operation and maintenance.It is the main way for the Information Department to implement safety management and unified dispatch,and the operation and maintenance departments at all levels to carry out data statistical analysis and dynamic monitoring.
