Benefiting from the rapid development of economy in the past two decades and the high speed development of science and technology,customers have put forward higher quality requirements for projects,and the quality management of enterprises is becoming more and more important.The quality management mode has developed from the initial post-inspection to a comprehensive management mode and business philosophy.Market competition is gradually intensified today,people's demand for power is constantly improving,substation as one of the important projects of power enterprises,has entered the stage of rapid development,its construction quality is also getting more and more attention.his paper takes QC group activities,namely Quality Control Circle,as the carrier.Studied 110 kv substation Huang Jiazhuang engineering related questions of total Quality management,the article first introduces the QC group activity and the relevant theories of total Quality management knowledge,and according to current situation of 110 kv substation Huang Jiazhuang engineering problem and the reason analysis,finally it is concluded that the corresponding protection programs.At present,there are many researches on QC group or total quality management,but there are few researches on total quality management of substation with QC group as the carrier,lacking mature guiding methods.Therefore,this paper for the study of substation total quality management has a very important comprehensive significance.In this paper,starting from the theory of QC group and total quality management,through total quality management status of 110 kv Huang Jiazhuang substation project,is analyzed under the background of QC group activity the problems existing in the substation construction,the article also combined with the role of QC group activity in total quality management,put forward to improve the comprehensive quality management countermeasure and the suggestion,for the domestic substation engineering provides the reference in the research on total quality management.This paper has four main parts,as follows:The first part mainly analyzes the relevant theories of QC group activities and total quality management from the aspects of concept,characteristics and implementation process,laying a theoretical foundation for the implementation process.The second part mainly analyzes the current situation and problems of total quality management of substation construction projects.It mainly includes the principle of total qualitymanagement,substation characteristics and existing problems,and total quality management methods.The third part discusses the overall research of total quality management of substation engineering based on QC group.Taking the 110 kV huangjiazhuang substation project as an example,a QC team was set up to conduct overall quality management on the current situation and problems.The fourth part puts forward the measures for QC team to strengthen total quality management.The measures mainly include improving the organizational structure,enhancing the quality awareness and quality culture of all staff,strictly implementing the PDCA scientific cycle mode,improving the total quality management system,creating a people-oriented management atmosphere,strengthening the total quality management training,and innovating the QC team activity method.
