| Electricity theft refers to the behavior of the implementer deliberately and illegally occupying the state’s electrical energy in a more concealed way.Electricity theft not only touches the legal red line of our country,but also damages the economic benefits of the country and power companies.The huge amount of electricity stolen by high-voltage users has even endangered the safe operation of the power grid,hindered the steady and positive development of the power industry,and become a bottleneck that power companies need to eliminate.With the popularization of the State Grid Corporation’s electricity consumption information collection system,the user’s electricity consumption data has been fully collected.But the effective utilization rate of these data is low,forming the reality of "rich data and poor application".Therefore,it is urgent to rely on the electricity consumption information collection system to build an anti-theft analysis system for high-voltage users to lay a solid foundation for creating a green,harmonious and safe electricity supply environment.In order to ensure the safety and accuracy of electric energy measurement and make effort to fight the battle against electricity theft,this thesis designs and implements an anti-theft electric power analysis system based on Jiangsu electricity information collection system.The main works are as follows:(1)This thesis proposes a design scheme of an anti-theft electric power analysis system based on electricity consumption information.By analyzing the functional requirements,performance requirements and data requirements of the system,the overall design plan of the system is determined.(2)This thesis proposes methods of analyzing electricity theft behavior based on electricity consumption information.By using the current,voltage,power,line loss rate and other information from the electricity consumption information collection system,four methods of analyzing electricity theft behavior are proposed for high-voltage users,which are based on voltage loss and indirect voltage loss,based on current loss and indirect current loss,based on three-phase current series connection and based on three-phase current imbalance.(3)This thesis implements and tests the anti-theft electric power analysis system based on electricity consumption information.The relationship between the functional modules of the system and the implementation method are described,and the function and performance of the entire system are tested..In summary,this thesis has conducted an in-depth analysis of the demand for the anti-theft electric power analysis system based on electricity consumption information,conducted an in-depth study on methods of analyzing electricity theft behavior,designed and implemented the system in detail.Experimental results show that the system provides a guarantee for effectively curbing the occurrence of high-voltage power theft. |
