As Guangdong Power Grid have been devoting to improve the reliability of power supply and quickly restore electricity,some people still theft the electric power facilities,which damages the operation security of the company as well as the interests.Also,such behaviors would lead to the power outages that affect the general users of electricity and social and economic activities.After being stole,the new equipment needs to be installed,which causes the blackouts and increases the time of power outages.Not only would the complaints from customers increase and the reliability of power supply decrease,but also would add the unplanned spending that causes the unnecessary loss.According to statistics,in 2013 Huizhou area of 277 cases of power equipment theft,resulting in direct economic losses of 203.62 million;in 2014 Huizhou area of 274 cases of power equipment theft,leading to direct economic losses of 1.3167 million yuan.So far,problems of power equipment stolen existed in most area.With an average of 10.2 million cases in Huizhou Bureau for reference,17 power supply bureaus of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation caused a direct economic loss of power equipment stolen about nearly 200 million Yuan each year.However,among these cases,transformer is one of the largest numbers of power equipment stolen.This research developed a very useful intelligent anti-theft device for transformer and promotes it to application,which would significantly reduce the theft of the transformer.On the other hand,it will also help to reduce the power interruption and delayed restoration caused by the transformer,and to maximize the protection of customers ‘the reliability of electricity.It aims to ensure the demand of the social and economic activities in the electricity,which has direct social benefits and economic benefits.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign anti-theft technology of power equipment,this paper summarizes the deficiencies of existing anti-theft measures,and explores the demand of anti-theft source,which is mainly based on anti-theft and anti-theft,and simulating power equipment stolen.Theft of the installation environment,theft of personnel behavior,stolen equipment tracking and other aspects of the distribution transformer to take a special technology and anti-theft mode,to achieve the desired effect.The main technical measures include: First,to determine anti-theft device power to take power supply technology,the development of new sensors,power and power parameters can be measured Road,but also to achieve power supply function,the security power supply better hidden.Second,the use of GSM technology is mature,covering a wide range of performance characteristics to achieve long-distance communication,SMS transceiver,monitoring site,geolocation and other functions,in order to achieve stolen device location tracking and live audio monitoring.Third,the combination of artificial skills and sensing technology used to reduce costs at the same time,to achieve the target needs to achieve a full range of anti-anti-effect.Fourth,R & D production of new shell shell,the anti-theft device as its internal,installed in the transformer low-voltage side of the insulator,played a better anti-theft effect,but also the technical principles have been protected,will not be easily cracked by theft.This paper expounds the key technology,software and hardware design and realization of system platforms of the all systems in detail.In the end,the effectiveness of the proposed system are verified by pilot test.
