In view of the "renewable","clean" and other high-quality energy characteristics of photovoltaic power generation,all countries are committed to promoting its development.China has listed the photovoltaic industry as one of the strategic emerging industries,and has intensified various support policies to improve the international discourse power of the photovoltaic industry.Although extreme events such as "abandoning photovoltaic and limiting power" and "photovoltaic deception" have occurred,The public has insufficient confidence in the photovoltaic industry.But overall,the photovoltaic industry is still showing a stable development trend,for Enterprises do not rely on subsidized profits and installed capacity continues to increase.However,the problem of photovoltaic recycling has not yet been overcome,and the sustainable development of the industry is worrying,and it is urgent to build a closed-loop photovoltaic industry chain.At the same time,it is necessary to consider that stability is the basis of the function of industrial system and the inevitable appeal of industrial cooperation.It is necessary to comprehensively consider the actual conditions,find out the factors affecting stability,predict the trend of stability,explore the dynamic stability of the system,and promote the photovoltaic industry.sustainable development.This paper takes the stability of closed-loop photovoltaic industrial chain system as the research object,tries to find the key point of realizing dynamic stability of closed-loop photovoltaic industrial chain system through scientific methods,and puts forward targeted Suggestions to promote better development of photovoltaic industry.The specific contents are as follows:The stability of closed-loop photovoltaic industrial chain system is affected by many factors,including the external environment,the behavior of internal subjects,and the interest relationship,etc.,so it is relatively difficult to do research.Based on the real industrial chain network relationship,this paper uses the GERT network model to innovatively outline the whole industry cycle relationship,and attempts to explore the stability of the closed-loop photovoltaic industry chain from theperspective of system value realization,revealing its dynamic and random variation laws.find out key factors affecting the stability of the closed-loop type photovoltaic industry system and key subject.On the other hand,behind the industry chain system are a number of independent business entities.The research on the enterprise must be related to the interest problem,that is to say,the stability of the industrial chain system can not be achieved without the distribution of benefits,so the key of Stability realization is to achieve the balance of interests of the network main body.Based on the GERT network framework and related research results,the closed-loop photovoltaic industry chain system based on super-network model is constructed.The super-network model is used to analyze the system benefit balance in the process of realizing the dynamic stability of industrial chain,and then using its quantitative parameters to represent the interests of the relationship between the main body,seek interests balancing condition.The key to the stability of the closed-loop photovoltaic industry chain system is to realize the transfer and value-added of industrial value,and the uneven distribution of benefits is the root cause of the hindrance of industrial value transfer,the difficulty of maintaining the closed loop,and the instability of the system.This paper attempts to achieve system stability by optimizing the PV policy system,orderly cultivating multi-level PV consumer market,integrating industrial resources,and enhancing the competitiveness of the whole industry.
