Research On The Influence Of Product Quality On Closed Loop Supply Chain And Decision Analysis

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee clearly put forward the strategic policy of high-quality development;China-US trade frictions have posed severe challenges to China’s manufacturing;"Made in China 2025" is on the agenda.In this context,the manufacturing industry is a pillar industry of the national economy,and the high-quality development of its products is particularly important.The high-quality development of products is the cornerstone of high-quality economic development,is the key to solving the Sino-US trade friction,and is a shortcut to the realization of Made in China 2025.Therefore,based on the Stackelberg game theory,this article studies the closed-loop supply chain composed of a manufacturer,a seller and a third-party recycler,and explores the impact of defective product rate and product quality improvement under R&D on the closed-loop supply chain and the closed-loop Research on the decision-making of supply chain participants.First,in the presence of product sampling inspection and imperfect inspection,this article considers the defective condition of products in the closed-loop supply chain,so that defective products circulate in the closed-loop supply chain.Based on the Stackelberg game theory,the performance of the defective rate under the decision of decentralization,concentration,and revenue cost sharing is investigated,and the influence of the variation range of the defective rate on enterprise revenue,product wholesale price,product sales price,and market demand is studied.Through the research on the defective product rate,it is found that the lower the defective product rate,the higher the profit of each enterprise in the closed-loop supply chain.Secondly,in line with the idea of continuous improvement of product quality and the enterprise’s pursuit of maximum benefit,the extended research on product quality is carried out.Assuming that manufacturers conduct independent research and development in order to obtain higher quality products,product research and development requires capital investment,so consider the impact of product research and development impact factors on research and development investment.Comprehensively consider the impact of product quality and R&D impact factors on the participating companies in the closed-loop supply chain,and examine the performance of product quality and R&D impact factors under decentralized,centralized,and revenue-cost-sharing decisions.It analyzes the product quality research and development decisions that manufacturers can make by weighing benefits and R&D investment.The impact of product quality and R&D influencing factors on corporate income,product wholesale prices,product sales prices,and market demand are studied.Finally,this article takes YT company as an example to analyze the influence of defective product rate on YT company’s corporate benefits,product prices and whether the revenue sharing contract with sellers can be reached.Research on the impact of product quality research and development on YT’s earnings and research and development decisions,and give reasonable suggestions and enlightenments for reference.
