Research On The Risk Management Framework Of X Company Pipe Gallery Project Based On BIM Technology

The characteristics of large scale of construction project investment and various design forms increase the risk of project construction and make the risk appear diversified development trend.The traditional project risk management mode is difficult to meet the requirements of the complex and diversified construction project risk management.BIM(Building Information Model),an intelligent risk management technology,can effectively realize project Information sharing and collaborative operation,providing an effective tool for Building projects to implement intelligent all-round real-time risk control.By combing related literature of project risk management,this paper makes a comparative analysis of traditional project risk management theory,practice and BIM technology,and finds out the fusion mechanism of BIM technology and risk management theory.Taking the pipe gallery project of X company as the case study object,this paper elaborates how the pipe gallery project of X company USES BIM for risk control,and refines the risk management framework based on BIM for large pipe gallery building projects,including the overall risk control structure of the project and the phased risk control structure.The risk management of BIM firstly relies on the construction of BIM platform to clarify the risk management relationship between BIM and project participants.Based on the detailed description of the BIM risk control process,the overall structure of risk management of the pipeline project of X company is designed.In the specific implementation process,detailed risk management framework is designed according to the project design and construction stage and the project operation and maintenance stage respectively.Finally,the paper discusses the guarantee conditions for the implementation of the project risk management framework based on BIM technologyThrough the research on the functional development and interface design of BIM technology in the risk management system module of building projects,this paper has beneficial reference significance for the efficient,convenient,visual and intelligent risk control of similar projects.
