Research On The Improvement Of SD Company's Electricity Bill Collection Method

The electricity fee is the lifeblood of the survival of the power supply enterprises.The accomplishment of the electricity fee collection directly affe cts the survival and development of the power supply enterprises.In recent years,the collection of electricity fee of SD Company has become a big problem that plagued the business operation and high-quality service.Although the company continues to crea te the methods of the electricity fee collection,this problem has not yet been completely solved because of the factors such as insufficient understanding of the customers and the improper management of electricity collection methods.Based on the theoretical knowledge and the practical problems in the management of electric fee collection in SD company,this paper adopts the literature research method to collect,sum up,collate and study the channels and methods of electricity fee collection in power supply enterprises at home and abroad by reading related books,literature materials and electronic academic journal libraries.Analyse is made on its connotation,characteristics,application situation and development trend.Comparison and analysis method is used to compare the methods of fee collection in the similar service industry with that of the electricity fee collection in the SD company,so that to find the reference for the improvement of electricity fee collection mode in SD Company.In view of th e different types of electric power customers at present,the characteristics of the company are analyzed,the corresponding combination methods of electricity fee collection is made,and the customer segmentation method is adopted,and select the importan t dimensions by using the Internet data,to further subdivide the customer that most widely using prepaid card and smart meter.The characteristic service strategy is formulated,according to the characteristics of customer segmentation.Then,on the basis of the previous work,according to the principle of maximum benefit,better service,fine management of the collection mode,using advanced techniques for the electricity fee collection,the improvement scheme for the management of electricity fee collect ion is made for the SD Company,and the implementation process has been drawn.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improved scheme,the problems that may appear in the implementation are prejudged,and the corresponding countermeasures are given,and the corresponding implementation guarantee measures are made.Through the above research,this paper has a great guiding role in improving the management level of SD Company's electricity fee collection mode.It is hoped that the research results can be of certain reference value to the management of electricity fee collection in the same industry and the similar industries.
