In order to alleviate the financial pressure caused by large-scale infrastructure construction,the Chinese government has been committed to promoting the Public Private Partnership(PPP)mode in recent years,which adopts the public-private Partnership mode to fully mobilize social resources and finally achieve the project goal and achieve the win-win effect.The cooperation between the government and the private sector not only solves the problem of capital pressure perfectly,but also ensures the quality and efficiency of infrastructure construction.However,some problems have been found in the practice of PPP projects at home and abroad in recent years.PPP projects generally have the characteristics of long cycle,complex structure,high investment,large amount of information,etc.These characteristics determine that managers need to have a fine level of information management and strong project coordination ability in the process of project planning,implementation,operation and maintenance,etc.,in order to effectively control the whole process cost of the project and achieve the ideal expectation.Traditional construction project cost control method has been difficult to adapt to the current market requirements for cost control accuracy,and how to ensure the whole process of construction project cost transparency,management refined,concise,efficient,and ultimately achieve the cost target,has become a major problem facing PPP projects.At present,the theoretical and practical research on BIM technology is becoming increasingly mature and has been widely applied in the construction field all over the world.The application of BIM technology in PPP projects is expected to realize the information integration management and cost risk control of the whole process of PPP projects.Based on the above background,this thesis will study the adaptability of BIM in the PPP projects,and analyze its application value mainly from the angle of the whole process cost management,and puts forward the concrete application strategy.The following is the work done on this subject.First of all,the state-of-the-art of the BIM technique and the PPP mode,regarding both domestic and international results,are collected,which indicates the updated background as well as the significance of this study.Based on this,the weakness of the PPP mode has been found,and the adaptability of the BIM technique is studied considering the cost management through the whole PPTPproject.From this work,an integrating point which links the BIM technique and the PPP mode has been developed.Secondly,in order to realize the application of BIM technology in the whole process cost management of PPP project,a cost management system based on BIM is designed,and the system architecture is proposed.The function and operation mode of the system are theoretically analyzed.Thirdly,the cost management system is used to discuss the cost management of the five stages of the BIM-based PPP project.The interaction interface,operation principle and expected effect of the cost management system in each stage are explained in detail,and the cost management system is fully implemented.The theoretical feasibility of process cost control;finally,taking a large public hospital in A city as a case,it specifically describes the application mode of BIM in the whole process cost control of PPP project,the effect and application prospects,and proves that BIM contributes to PPP.The whole process of the project is refined and managed.Through the above research,the author discovered the difficulty and difficulty of PPP project cost control,and established a BIM-based PPP project cost management theory system.Through the case practice,the application effect of BIM in the whole process cost management of PPP project was verified and effectively improved.The application rate and production efficiency of BIM technology in construction projects provide theoretical and data reference for similar projects.
