With the rapid development of urbanization and the continuous progress of science and technology in China,the coverage area of central heating is gradually expanding,and the requirements for personalization and comfort of central heating are also increasing.At present,the existing central heating system has the following problems: Due to the insufficient number of monitoring points and the small number of monitoring parameters,users can not find problems timely.Due to the unreasonable distribution of heat energy in the existing heating pipe network,the resources are wasted seriously.Most of the existing heating pipe network control relies on manual control by experienced operators,the low automation level leads to poor accuracy and poor real-time performance.In view of the above problems in heating pipe network,we designed an automatic monitoring system for heating network based on the analysis of the process flow of heating network and the requirement of the project “Key Technologies Development of Energy-saving Balance in Heating Network” of Huaneng Qingdao thermoelectric co.,LTD.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The composition and process flow of central heating system are analyzed,and the mathematical model of heating pipe network regulation is constructed.On the basis of analyzing the heating process mechanism of the heating pipe network,the quality-quantity regulation method is optimized,and the mathematical modeling and model parameter identification of the regulation method in the heating process are completed,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of the automatic monitoring system of the heating pipe network.(2)According to the process flow and actual requirement of the heating pipe network project of Huaneng Qingdao thermoelectric co.,LTD,the existing DCS technology,fieldbus technology and industrial Ethernet technology are analyzed and reviewed.Aiming at the problems existing in the industrial process control,a whole set of automatic monitoring system methods for heating pipe network is proposed,which provides a solution for the realization of the automatic monitoring system of heating pipe network.(3)On the basis of the analysis of the monitoring software function,a heating system monitoring software system based on component technology is proposed.The SNAP-PAC platform of Opto 22 is used to design and develop the automatic monitoring system for heating pipe network.This system takes the whole heating network as the monitoring object,realizes the data acquisition and process control of the monitoring points,and realizes the control and management of the whole heating process flow.Based on the analysis and theoretical modeling of heating process,the design,development and integration of automatic monitoring system for heating pipe network are realized in this paper.Compared with the traditional PLC monitoring platform,this system has strong pertinence for the target users,and has the characteristics of simple operation,easy to learn,easy to use,safety and reliability.The design content meets the project requirements and has application and promotion value.
