Research On Financial Risk Management And Control Of TN Engineering Company

In recent years,the construction industry has flourished,and at the same time it has a significant radiation effect on the upstream and downstream industries related to building raw materials,machinery and equipment,and has become an important force in China's economic construction and development.Compared with other industry enterprises,construction enterprises have specific production models and financial management systems.Unforeseen factors exist in the operation of construction projects.At the same time,industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce,output value margin is low,financial risks are prominent,and financial risks directly affect their operating conditions and performance indicators.If improper control is implemented,it will threaten the survival of construction enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the management and control of financial risks of construction enterprises.This paper firstly summarizes the existing research on financial risk management and control of construction enterprises,introduces the related concepts of financial risk control and the financial risk characteristics of construction enterprises,and expounds the related theories of risk management and internal control.On this basis,a case study was conducted with TN Engineering Company as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the current situation of financial risk management and control of TN Engineering Company.At the same time,this paper believes that the financial risk of TN Engineering Company is closely related to its operating characteristics,therefore,it focuses on identifying the most prominent financial risk points in the project bidding stage,construction stage,completion settlement stage and tax-related management.Secondly,it analyzes the causes of specific financial risk points and leads to the urgency of strengthening financial risk management and control.Finally,combined with the actual situation of TN Engineering Company,design the financial risk management and control optimization plan,firstly explain the objectives and principles of design optimization,and explain the design scope and responsibility body,and then recommend to improve the financial risk management and control work system from the whole company level,and then grasps the key financial risk control points in its four important business links,and puts forward specific measures for targeted financial risk management and control.Through the research of this paper,it is expected to provide some opinions and references for the financial risk management and control work of TN Engineering Company,and provide some help for the financial risk management and control practice of similar construction enterprises.
