| As the market is becoming mature,the system is becoming more and more perfect,and the competition is becoming more and more fierce,enterprises are gradually awakening their awareness of the importance of financial risk management.Especially at the present stage,China’s construction industry is faced with many problems,such as high asset-liability ratio,bad assets shelving,excessive debt proportion and financing difficulties.These problems directly lead to the potential business risk of the enterprise is too large,the risk of sustainable development is high.Therefore,the implementation of financial risk management in construction enterprises plays an irreplaceable role in the profitability and long-term business development of enterprises.Therefore,this paper selects JT construction company as the research object,hoping to find out the problems existing in the company’s current financial risk management through research and analysis,and put forward corresponding improvement countermeasures to assist JT company to improve its financial risk management level.This paper selects JT construction company as the research object.First,it introduces the current situation of the company’s financial risk management from the aspects of JT’s financial risk management system,institution and process.Secondly,it summarizes and analyzes the existing problems in financial risk management of the company from the perspective of system and process.Finally,in view of the current situation of JT construction company,the corresponding solutions to the problems are proposed,which mainly include the improvement of the system and the process from two aspects,in the process level,the identification,evaluation and control of the improvement measures.This paper aims to explore effective measures to solve the problems existing in the current financial risk management of JT company,which is conducive to JT construction company to more accurately and comprehensively identify and evaluate the company’s financial risks,so as to help the company avoid losses caused by financial risks and promote the healthy and stable development of the company.In addition,the improvement Suggestions put forward by this paper for JT construction company can also enrich the related theories of financial risk management of construction enterprises,and provide references for small and medium-sized construction enterprises with the same predicament as JT construction company in financial risk management. |
