The Construction Of A Country House Space Dominated By Situational Experience

With the development of shared economy and the improvement of people's spiritual needs,people gradually pay attention to rural homestay.Rural homestay is a facility where enables people to taste the simple and natural rural life and brings them back to the special local cultural memories by offering sophisticated living facilities and intimate services.This paper is to seek the method of shaping rural homestay style on the leading part of situational experience and start from the local culture.It investigates and analyzes some representative cases of rural homestay facility in term of their general situation of the project,the overall style,indoor experience,scenery experience and current problems.The conclusion is that there are four problems on homestay space design:the present country's failure to meet the demand of the homestay function;the lack of distinctive design on homestay space;the less attention on local cultural element;the ignorance of the feeling of situational experience.At last,the paper emphasizes on the discussion of marketing strategy of rural homestay on the leading part of situational experience.In the final reconstruction of'Guqi"homestay design,the design of situational experience of homestay is mainly reflected by local memory,regional culture,natural immersion,the perception of traditional culture and emotional touch and it highlights the historical culture,the cultural characteristic,the ecological environment of Maoshan.Led by the human's emotional experience,the design construction of Guqi uses the scene construction to motivate tourists' s emotion and present the local cultural connotation.Besides,it emphasize the natural harmony and weaken the trace of artificial design so as to remind people of the nice part about country in their deep memories and create the pure homestay space filled with connotation.The project reconstruct the design of homestay in term of the function,moving line,architecture,landscape and indoor space as result of realizing the situational experience of rural homestay like the feeling of residing in country without homesickness,serving as an instructive example of the homestay reconstruction on the basic of situational experience.
