Design Research On The Status Quo Of Public Rental Housing And Household Needs

Since the 21 st century,the new public rental housing system has received more attention from society and governments at all levels.However,public rental housing,while addressing the housing needs of low-income people of all levels of society,is gradually showing many problems affecting long-term sustainable development.Through literature research,field research,comparative analysis,inductive analysis and other research methods,the paper understands the real needs of the public rental audience,improves the public rental development system,and promotes the harmonious development of public rental.More and more attention has been paid to public rental housing research.At the same time,more people began to pay attention to public rental policies and development in foreign countries and learn from them.China's public rental housing system started late,and it is difficult to reach the level of many developed countries.Although domestic research on public rental housing has made great progress,it mainly focuses on public rental planning and policies and regulations.This paper focuses on the research on the demand of public rental housing households,the design of household demand,the development model of foreign public rental housing and the reference.Based on sociology,this paper analyzes the spatial layout,geographical transportation location and management of public rental housing and residential areas based on the knowledge of ergonomics,architecture and design aesthetics.Aiming at meeting the common and individual needs of various audiences,this paper puts forward a concept of practical and diversified family planning and design.According to the needs of different households and families,design the housing structure and decoration characteristics to meet the needs.The type of single apartment where one person lives alone;The two-person room where the newly-married couple or cohabiting couple lives;The type of three persons living in a married family with children;The type of four or five children of three generations living together.
