With the rapid development of economy,science and technology,manufacturers,in order to achieve economic benefits,are scrambling to develop new products,enhance the impact of design instinct level and speed up product updating.While people are enjoying the short-term pleasure form constant renewal of products,we are also involved in the endless invisible spiral of commodity upgrading.On the one hand,fast-paced life activates life itself,but on the other hand,it also aggravates the psychological problems of people who are under heavy pressure.The problem of municipal refuse disposal caused by the fast-paced and high-consumption of our daily life is becoming more and more acute.This paper tries to put forward some questions related to emotional consumption and will,with design creation and research,give some answers and suggestions to solve the current problems through the research on the current situation of product design.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter mainly discusses the significance and background of this topic and the research methods,key points and difficulties of this paper,then brings about the idea of doing researches on the problems about the current situations through design practice.At the same time,the content and framework of the conclusions of the literature research are teased out.In the second chapter,the conventional design methods and cases of emotional design are studied and analyzed.The method of recycling ready-made products and its application cases in different fields are taken as the actual case basis in this paper,in addition to visiting a large number of waste recycling stations and analyzing excellent application cases abroad.The third chapter is based on the conventional emotionaliez theory and routine behavioral psychology.It starts from the perspective of "unconventional" and uses"unconventional" methods and ready-made materials to achieve entertainment and decompression product design.The rationalization of the design process is demonstrated,and at the same time,practical point of view is put forward.The fourth chapter is the conclusion part of the article.Through design experiments,the key and difficult design problems are realized as physical works,and the creation process and effect of the works are analyzed and studied purposefully.Finally,the conclusion that emotional design can be solved by "unconventional" design means is drawn.Taking the concept of" all interesting design are loyal to worthless daily life" as the purpose of the ready-made product reuse method,and the conventional emotionalized design method as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the influence of three levels of design on people's emotions and emotions:instinct,behavior and reflection.Using the defamiliarization of emotionalized design method,the design of ready-made materials is studied for the purpose of decompression and pleasure.In over familiar products and over-routine general psychology and behavior,design elements are extracted and realized "sensory visualization" and "emotional visualization" through ready-made products.Starting from the redesign of ready-made products,regarding adding pleasure and aesthetic value to products in creation as purpose,this paper combines the redesign of ready-made products with psychology and daily behavior to enhance the value of reuse of ready-made products.It also provides a new value direction with infinite potential for product design research.
