Research On Decorative Design Methods Of Jiangnan Classical Gardens

the classical gardens in the south of the Yangtze river show the way of garden construction and decoration design,with the traditional cultural artistic conception and aesthetic value,fully reflects the deep thinking of the relationship between man and space,man and nature,has a very high design research value.The creation of traditional Chinese landscape poetry and landscape painting has a profound influence on the formal rules of garden construction.Modern and contemporary scholars from the decorative elements,the overall layout,space experience and other aspects of the discussion,for the study of classical garden design provides a pluralistic perspective and theoretical reference.Based on the field investigation of gardens in suzhou,wuxi and yangzhou,this paper analyzes and discusses the form of decorative elements,material production and performance,pattern type characteristics and functions,as well as the effectiveness and interactivity of the space as a place for perceptual experience.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the decoration forms of the specific examples of classical gardens,and designs six sets of device models corresponding to them,and makes some preliminary design ideas for the translation and practical application of modern design of the decoration forms of classical gardens.
