Research On Contemporary Northern Residential Design Based On Manchu Cultural Characteristics

In the rapid development of world politics,economy and culture,national cultures around the world have been affected to varying degrees,leading to the convergence of the image of residential buildings.In the practical investigation of local characteristic residential buildings in China,it is found that ethnic elements are important factors to deeply depict the regional image.This paper discusses the relationship between Manchu culture and northern areas as a clue,and illustrates this from several parts.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are introduced and sorted out.The second part is about the historical origin of the Manchu folk house culture in the north and its influence on the environment,materials,construction methods,overall layout and form of the folk house architecture.The third part is mainly about the application of the Manchu cultural characteristics in the contemporary northern folk house design by using practical cases.The fourth part is the design principles and design methods of the combination of Manchu cultural characteristics and contemporary northern dwellings.The north is the birthplace of the Manchu people.There are many historical and cultural monuments of the Manchu people left here.Liaoning is an important province representing the regional culture of the Manchu people in the north.North dwellings are the manifestation of regional national culture,including historical stories and unique charm of national culture.Understanding the development process and cultural characteristics of traditional northern national culture and integrating it into contemporary dwelling design with inheritance and innovation is the breakthrough point of shaping the characteristics of contemporary northern dwellings.As a Manchu,I have lived in Shenyang for many years since I went to university,and I have a special fondness for the Manchu regional culture here.Therefore,I have a strong interest in discussing the mutual penetration and integration of Manchu cultural characteristics and contemporary northern residential design.At present,the academia is not clear about the impact and significance of the application of Manchu cultural characteristics in contemporary northern residential design,and there are still many deficiencies in the overall study of this topic.For example,the lack of comprehensive understanding of Manchu cultural characteristics and in-depth thinking about the relationship between the two lead to deviations in design concepts and the positioning of contemporary northern residential design,and can not well demonstrate the inheritance of its excellent Manchu cultural characteristics,etc.The in-depth excavation of Manchu cultural image can help to shape the northern residential image.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of contemporary northern residential design,explores the application and development of Manchu cultural characteristics in contemporary northern residential design research,and provides more national cultural characteristics,more constructive guidance and theoretical basis for future northern residential design.
