Research On The Design Of Urban Bus Shelters Under Service Design Thinking

With the rapid development of the social economy,people's pursuit of efficient and fast experience in daily travel is also increasing on the basis of satisfying basic living needs.Thanks to the booming Internet of Things and the Internet,the popularity of smart terminals and the comprehensive coverage of big data,the urban intelligent public transport service industry has developed rapidly.Based on service design thinking,this paper studies the design of urban bus shelters.The research content of this paper mainly includes:This work focuses on the service design concept,expounds the basic concepts and principles of service design,the application field and its importance in product design,and based on the service design method,the contact design in the urban intelligent bus shelter service module is carried out.Related research.Based on the service design method,the needs of stakeholders in urban public service facilities have been evaluated and integrated in multiple dimensions.In products,environments,and users,users of different roles are invited to collaborate to transform intangible services into evidence of falling into the entity.At the same time,the overall environment is taken into consideration to obtain objective user-centric needs,and then to classify hard and additional needs.For the contact output types covered by the service design,the products are classified and different design methods are applied to integrate the service design experience process more scientifically and rationally,so as to design a service product that is more suitable for the user's needs and experience.The design practice was carried out by taking the intelligent bus shelter of Middle Huaihai Road in Shanghai as an example.Adopt a service-based design approach to simulate,evaluate,and tune by building real-world user scenarios to mine requirements.And carry out explicit practice design,adopting the combination of hardware and software interface,develop and design smart city bus shelters that solve the user's travel pain points.So as to build a complete urban smart bus travel experience process,making it a more useful and comfortable experience service.
