Research On Taxi Shelter Design Based On Service Design Concept

Taxi is an important part of public service,which plays an important role in urban traffic,and the convenience of the use of taxi shelter has great influence on the efficiency of urban travel.With the development of science and technology,public facilities gradually have a lot of information,intelligent equipment,the construction of the taxi shelter is still stagnant,seriously affect people's travel efficiency.In most cities,the utilization rate of taxi shelter is low,the situation of no one waiting for the car and no parking looks very embarrassed.Today,people's attention to the product has been gradually from the hardware products to service,the standard of service design is a good way to design and develop the taxi shelter.Based on the theoretical research of service design,the research discusses the design method of taxi shelter by the integration of product design and service innovation.The starting point of this paper is the current situation and existing problems of the taxi shelter.Through the research on the appearance,color,function,man-machine and influencing factors of the taxi shelter,puts forward the design principles,methods and scoring evaluation system of taxi shelter based on service design concept,and the electronic interface is introduced into the taxi shelter to realize intelligence and network.According to the method and process of service design,this paper makes a deep research on the user needs of the taxi shelter through user interviews and scenario simulation.In the design process,the five service design principles are always running through,and finally,the appearance and service interface of the taxi shelter in Xi'an is designed.Through the combination of software and hardware to improve the quality of service,combined with the results of market research,the design evaluation system is used to verify the feasibility of the theory.
