| Cost control is the core link of enterprise management.The quality of cost control will not only affect the profits of enterprises,but also affect the competitiveness of enterprises directly in the fierce market.The traditional cost control focus on the organization,such as the daily management cost,labor cost.But for the typical manufacturing enterprises,since the external procurement of spare parts and raw materials account for a large proportion of costs,so the procurement cost control has become the focus issue for the manufacturing enterprise."Made in China 2025" has issued by the State Council officially by the year 2015.As the mother of industrialization,equipment manufacturing industry provides production technology and equipment for various sectors of the national economy conducting simple reproduction and expanding reproduction,and also for national security needs.Equipment manufacturing industry is the core and foundation of manufacturing industry and the most important industry to achieve the goal of“Made in China 2025”.Equipment manufacturing industry has a very high driving effect.Its development and market competitiveness are important indicators of economic development for a country or region.How to maximize the profits of enterprises through cost control so as to enhance market competitiveness has become an important issue of equipment manufacturing enterprise management.As mentioned,the ability of purchasing cost control is the focus of cost control in manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,for equipment manufacturing enterprises,the ability of purchasing cost control is also an important way to control cost and enhance competitiveness.With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology,the great changes in the manufacturing and operation of the global economy have prompted the development of the purchasing mode of manufacturing enterprises.Procurement has developed from a single department or enterprise procurement to the supply chain involving upstream and downstream enterprises.Market competition has also changed from the competition between enterprises to the competition between supply chains with core enterprises.Who can give full play to the role of supply chain management,who will gain the advantage in fierce market competition.Based on the above points,this paper will study on the procurement cost control from the whole supply chain perspective.On the basis of the relevant theories of supply chain procurement cost control,combining the cost control characteristics to analyze the procurement cost control issues of equipment manufacturing enterprises from the aspects of internal management and external suppliers,also puts forward solutions to these issues.Meanwhile,in order to study systematically and practically,a typical equipment manufacturing enterprise E company as an example,based on its current situation and existing issues of procurement cost control to discuss the practical application and effect of settling issues in enterprises.In this way,procurement cost control of the equipment manufacturing enterprise in the perspective of supply chain is studied from the individual to the whole. |
