In recent years,the demand for air transport and aircraft fleet in various regions of the world has grown rapidly,especially in the Asia-Pacific region.The demand for air transport and aircraft fleet has grown remarkably,and the development space of civil aviation maintenance industry is vast.Major aviation maintenance technology enterprises have expanded the market,and gradually completed the transformation of technical service companies in the process of independent maintenance module.For the development of technology service enterprises,the most urgent task is to find ways to improve their competitiveness based on the improvement of enterprise service management when the competition between enterprises is gradually intensifying.In the development of the industry,each enterprise has gradually increased the attention of external service quality standards,and correspondingly,internal service has not been paid attention to.From the point of view of enterprise development,internal service also has obvious decisive function.It is necessary to study it in depth,find scientific and feasible ways to improve the quality of internal service and improve the level of service management.This paper takes HNA Aeronautical Maintenance Company as a sample,combines the characteristics of service management and the status quo of service management of HNA Aeronautical Maintenance Company,adjusts the SERVQUAL service measurement model proposed by Parasuraman and others,and puts forward six dimensions of reliability,assurance,empathy,perception,responsiveness and fairness.The service management research of HNA aviation maintenance company is analyzed.Through questionnaires,200 questionnaires were sent out and 175 questionnaires were effectively recovered.By means of proj ect analysis,correlation analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis,the deficiencies in internal reliability,internal fairness and internal responsiveness of HNA aviation maintenance company were analyzed,and the shortcomings in the internal reliability,internal fairness and internal responsiveness of HNA aviation maintenance company were summarized.The reason of aviation maintenance company's service management.In view of the internal service management problems and the causes of the problems in HNA Aeronautical Maintenance Company,this paper formulates an improvement plan for the service management of the enterprise,which includes the problem-by-problem targeted solutions and the implementation of the tasks assigned by the working group.Finally,on this basis,it puts forward the safeguard measures in the implementation process of the improvement plan,taking ideology as the guide,through the structural adjustment,corporate culture guidance,incentive system,staff quality and other aspects of upgrading,to ensure a thorough solution to HNA aviation maintenance company's service management problems,enhance the overall competitiveness of the enterp rise.The author completes this research through a large number of practical work and a combination of various departments'investigation and theory.The overall upgrading scheme of service management can play a very helpful role in the development and transformation process of HNA aviation maintenance company.Based on the homogeneity of industry and problems,I hope it will be helpful to the domestic aviation maintenance industry and other industries.The development of industry and enterprises has some inspiration and help.
