Research On The Development Strategy Of China Construction S Bureau

With the rapid development of national economy in our country,the development of construction industry in China has remained relatively high growth,the national construction industry output value 19.356678 trillion yuan in 2016,China has become the world's fourth largest contractors in the field of architecture.The overall development of China's construction industry is fast and has a high turnover,but the profit level is still not high.In the face of the deepening of world economic integration and evolution,China's construction industry must strengthen strategic design,in strategic planning and design of deeper reform and to remain competitive in the competition in the construction industry in the world.To build S bureau as an example,this paper first use in construction and development of the strategic concept and the theory of enterprise management,analyses the development trend of the construction and research status at home and abroad,has been clear about the research method and technical route,analyzed the zhongjian bureau S defects of existing development and strategy.Secondly,the PEST model is applied to analyze the political,economic,social and technological macro environment of China construction S bureau.The "five forces" analysis model is applied to analyze the bargaining power of suppliers,buyers' bargaining power,substitutes and potential entrants' threats and competition among industry enterprises.SWOT analysis is used to study the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of enterprises.Again,designing the development strategy of zhongjian S bureau,formulated the relevant development strategy,business development strategy and function strategy,work out the concrete steps of enterprise development strategy.Finally,from the six aspects of organizational structure,this paper puts forward the support system of the development strategy of China construction S bureau.Through the research of this paper,the strategic thinking of the development strategy of China construction S bureau in the next five years: "transformation and upgrading,improving quality and efficiency",stable growth,retransformation and realization of four "transformations".The overall strategic goal is: a leap,three breakthroughs,fiveguarantees,or "135 strategic goals".China construction S bureau must accelerate the qualification upgrade,speed up the internal control,improve the performance capability,improve the profitability,and make a solid foundation for the system,so as to always be in the forefront of the industry.
