This paper takes the high-rise hospital as the object of the research,trying to find problems existing in current hospital on hospital architecture design and hospital management and focuses on the elevator traffic flow in vertical transportation fields and the optimization of room layout in the hospital.Given the quite randomness of the elevator traffic flow,genetic algorithm is employed to optimize the BP neural network weights threshold during predicting the elevator traffic flow in hospital,and GA-BP model is established.Take the field samples respectively as the training samples and the testing samples so as to train the optimized neural network,and then make predicted analysis,obtain statistical results and compare the margin of error between the predicted data and the real data,which demonstrates the margin of error was in a reasonable range,and thus the the reliability of GA-BP model has been verified.In order to reduce the walking distance for nurses in their daily work,and to improve the efficiency of hospital management,it is necessary to study the relative position of the various functional room in inpatient department.Use genetic algorithm to carry on the plane of the room layout,mainly includes the following two types of research:First,according to the idea of traditional optimization of the layout,set up the inpatient department floor and rename the rooms with 1-42,each number represents a specific room.Next,count up the size of the rooms and the frequency for nurses of walking around between rooms a day.Then use genetic algorithm to optimize the layout,redesign the relative position of each room,and calculate the results to analyze the superiority and scientific of genetic algorithm for optimization.And also the layout form of genetic algorithm for optimization under the condition of the minimum target was provided.Given that the architects often determine the form and location of rooms on the basis of actual demand and experience during the hospital building design.In order to find out which layout form can make nurses’ walking distance reduce as far as possible,this paper proposed a layout optimization based on the corridor form after analyzing the limitations of traditional optimization layout.First,set up the cross-shaped and T-shaped corridor,define the rules for room arrangement and use genetic algorithm to optimize the layout.In the process of optimization,set up different number of iterations and obtain two kinds of corridor form under different number of iterations of target,which demonstrates the cross-shaped corridor form layout makes the target smaller,and relevant argumentation was conducted according to the designer’s design experience,so as to verify the exactness of the conclusion.This paper mainly includes the following results:(1)GA-BP model was established and was used for the forecast analysis of elevator traffic flow to test and verify the accuracy of the results and the reliability of model;(2)A quantitative research was conducted for the optimization of room layout based on different corridor forms,and a conclusion was obtained that the effect of the cross-shaped corridor will be better;(3)Genetic algorithm was employed to complete the scientific layout of rooms in inpatient department,providing a new idea for hospital building design.
