In the military and civilian air traffic control area,with the rapid development of international air transport industry,the increasing flight flow and the perplexing flight route put forward higher requirements to the ATC,and give a higher pressure to the ATC technical staff.As an important command method,G-A voice communication technique can realize the direct contact between air traffic controller and the pilot and thus make a better traffic control and tactical coordination,playing an important role in air traffic control.According to the overall outline for the next generation of aviation system by ICAO,G-A communication system VHF has entered the emerging process of modernization.Comparing to the traditional voice switching network technology,VoIP technology is a communication technology with real-time voice in IP packet network platform extending in all directions,of which the advantages in the use of network hardware resources and the low operation cost make it attract a widespread attention and acquire a rapid development in the past few years.With the help of VoIP technology,we can better solve the shortcomings of traditional VHF radio communication in the control process and greatly improve the link bandwidth utilization and reduce the cost of system maintenance.This paper mainly focuses on the problem of the traditional VHF radio control,such as the isolatation design of the control system,complexity of construct and the high cost of the sytem maintenance,and a solution of voicenet G-A communication based on VoIP technology is studied,and the system construction with the key modules designation are proposed.Within the frame of the solution,the analysis of SIP server and RTP transimission completion are made.Also,the multiple-member-confirence bridge technology and the echo cancellation filter are designed within our research.Finally,i the experiment of the designed system is made,which proves the correctness of protocol analysis,the accuracy of RTP voice transmission and the reliability of system kiperformance.The use of VoIP to construct the voice communication sytem is the trend of ATC.In orders to solve different problems of current VHF control system and to improve control efficiency,reduce control pressure and to enhance the safety of civil aviation system,the adoption of VoIP protocol is necessary.
