Research On The Mode And Countermeasures Of Urban-resident Integration From Closed To Open Residential Districts

With the development of cities and the prevalence of residential communities,a series of problems have arisen in the development of cities.These include problems such as reduced accessibility of roads,inability to share and share public facilities,blocking urban greening penetration,and cutting off the context of urban contacts.It has a serious impact on the vitality of the city.The open settlements have a more cordial and friendly relationship with the city in terms of structural shape and spatial layout.Therefore,to a certain extent,it can solve problems brought about by closed communities and is a practical mode for reference.In this research,the content and methods of space syntax are introduced.Through the space syntax technology,the historical changes of the residential area model in China and the internal rules of residential development experience are explored.At the same time,the open residential areas abroad are used for reference and the results are different.The national planning model for open settlements adapted to local conditions,the use of scientific and rational analysis methods to summarize the structural model of open residential areas suitable for China's development status,create a dynamic new type of residential area,and put forward effective planning strategies for our country's Open residential development provides powerful lessons.Firstly,in the study of structural models of open settlements,the "City-Residential"integration model was introduced with focus on the road system,afforestation system,and the service facility system to guide the construction of the model.It also suggested that the settlement will have an impact on the opening process.Degree factors,study how to reasonably control the "degree" of opening up,and realize the balanced open mode of harmonious development of cities and residential areas.Secondly,the design strategy of the "city-living"integration model in which the residential area is going to open is studied,and the design research is carried out in terms of the scale and space type of the open unit,the road system,the greening system,the service facilities,and the selection of important nodes.Finally,taking Harbin as an example to conduct an empirical study of the opening of residential areas,Harbin's open and closed two types of residential areas are selected for comparison and analysis from road networks,commercial outlets,and green open spaces,and a "city-live"integration is carried out.The new model was constructed and scientifically and rationally analyzed and validated using space syntax technology.
