Employee job satisfaction which is more the basis of the realization of the customer satisfaction,can not only embody the level of human resources management of an enterprise,but also can reflect the competitiveness level of an enterprise in the industry.Today in the competitive construction industry,employee satisfaction will directly have an effect on the economic interests of the enterprise,and will further affect the survival and development of enterprises.Thus it has not only great practical significance,but strategic significance to improve the employee satisfaction for a company.Based on the literature research and field interview,this study has made the "employee’s job satisfaction questionnaire in H construction company ",carrying on the detailed analysis of the situation of employee’s satisfaction,finding the shortcomings of the human resource management in H Construction Company.Under the guidance of the scientific theories the study has tried to come up with some strategies and suggestions to improve the employee satisfaction in H Construction Company,after going through multi-level study and judgement work according to the actual situation of human resources in state-owned construction industry.Through the survey,it shows that there exist some problems in the promotion of the employee satisfaction in H Construction Company: these is no detailed career planning for employees;there is no complete and personalized enterprise employee incentive mechanism,and training management system;there is lack of corporate culture.In order to solve these problems above,this study proposes the following strategies to improve employee’s satisfaction: to develop a suitable and personalized career planning for employees;to form an all-round perfect incentive mechanism to meet different needs of employees;to improve the employee training management system and match it with enterprise strategic goal;to establish a people-oriented corporate culture to enhance the corporate image.After the research on the employee satisfaction situation and the promotion countermeasure in H Construction Company,this study hopes to establish a more rational the human resources management regulation in H Construction Company,aiming to improve employee’s satisfaction and competitiveness,to keep the core competitiveness of H Construction Company,and offer some valuable reference program for H Construction Company’s diversification development. |
