Research On Responsibility Cost Management Of MH Railway Construction Project

As more and more international large construction companies to enter China's market,the domestic construction market competition environment is more and more heated,the domestic dozens of large construction group,in the face of the domestic competition between each other at the same time,more to take the foreign advanced management concept,mature operates international giant.Without changing the traditional "extensive" management mode,China's large construction enterprises will still struggle to survive in such a competitive market despite their national background.Responsibility cost management method is a relatively mature cost control concept,it by dividing the responsibility and cost effective,in the form of the organic combination of the responsibility,right,and agile hierarchy,vertical to the people,rely on improving the full enthusiasm,covering the whole process of production,cost control improve the effective way to ensure the implementation of enterprise overall efficiency.With the gradual maturity of the responsibility cost management system and the concrete characteristics of construction enterprises,it is becoming the most core cost management mode in the project construction.In this paper,by means of literature study,the construction of concrete,the concrete methods of case analysis,through to the responsibility cost management theory combing,responsibility cost management theory at home and abroad,the development of the industry,find out the total cost management,whole process dynamic grasp the responsibility and cost,the matching relation between positive effect improving people drive to realize the overall benefit of management ideas,and combining with the reality of MH railway project construction were analyzed,and discussed the current management thinking applied in the actual construction situation,find out the main deficiencies from the many shortcomings,emphatically from the organizational structure,the effect of ascend,supplies,equipment control,and the specific implementation methods,such as Angle analysis,find out the root cause of the problem,and combining with the author grasp the responsibility cost management theory,learning theory and practice,put forward by defining responsibility center,strengthen the dynamic control,structures,construction projects internal information sharing platform,the use of "earned value method" and other advanced control counter measures and solutions.In general,the responsibility cost management method and the combination of the current large-scale construction enterprise need from work for further research and the system level,only the most dynamic practitioners and the most appropriate cost management system,the combination of a construction project can be delivered within the time limit for a project with high quality.Finally,this paper summarizes the whole,and hopes to make some contribution to the internal management direction of the construction enterprise.
