With the rapid development of the national economy,China’s building energy consumption has increased year by year.The energy consumption of heating in the northern region has exceeded half of the total energy consumption of civil buildings.Therefore,improving the energy performance of the district heating system is the top priority of energy conservation.The heat-exchanging station is a transfer station connecting the heat sources and the heating users.The level of energy performance directly affects the energy consumption of the entire heating system.Establishing a heat-exchanging station energy performance assessment system is an important means of energy conservation.In view of this situation,this paper takes the Beijing heat-exchanging station as the research object,and based on the actual data,the development and research of heat-exchanging station energy performance assessment system.Through on-the-spot investigation and remote monitoring platform,the energy consumption data of more than 150 heat-exchanging stations in Beijing were obtained.These basic information were preprocessed and analyzed using data analysis methods.Finally,138 heat exchange stations were selected as samples.Explore and determine the important factors affecting energy consumption in heat-exchanging station.Based on the actual data of the heat-exchanging stations sample,an energy consumption benchmarking model is established.Multiple linear regression was chosen as the mathematical method of modeling.Various combinations of influencing factors were tried and multiple mathematical models were established.The models were screened for goodness,and the optimal model was found as the heat-exchanging stations energy consumption benchmark model.Based on the energy consumption benchmarking model for heat-exchanging stations and the US “energy-star” method,an energy performance assessment system for heat-exchanging stations was established.Gamma distribution curve fitting was performed based on the energy performance ratio(actual energy consumption/benchmarking energy consumption)and the cumulative probability percentage of samples,and an energy efficiency score table was made.The energy consumption benchmarking model and the energy efficiency score table together constitute a heat-exchanging station energy performance assessment system.The heat-exchanging station energy performance assessment system is used to analyze the energy consumption level and energy-saving potential of Beijing heat-exchanging station,and energy saving targets are formulated according to the characteristics of heat-exchanging station performance assessment system.Select the actual heat-exchanging station as a case,apply the heat-exchanging station energy performance assessment system for scoring evaluation,and carry out energy-saving transformation analysis.Based on the actual energy consumption data of the heat-exchanging stations,this paper established an energy performance assessment system for the heat-exchanging station.The energy performance assessment system can provide in-depth guidance on the energy-saving transformation of the heat-exchanging station and provide certain support for the promotion of energy-saving operation and transformation of heat-exchanging stations in China.
