Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Jiangdu Maritime Informatization Supervision

At present,cloud computing,big data,Internet of things,AI and other information technology have penetrated into every field of our life,and have become an indispensable part of people's life nowadays.The rapid development and application of information technology provide convenience for people's life,but also provide a new solution for improving the supervision level of maritime departments.Relying on information technology can make maritime sector's supervision work more precise and efficient.Especially in the cancellation of endorsement system,maritime supervision mode of traditional cannot adapt to the new situation and requirements,to actively seek the Jiangdu maritime governance model transformation and upgrading,and strive to be the means of information supervision into maritime supervision,to explore the governance model of new type of maritime information requirements of the times,so as to realize the transformation in regulatory matters in the the supervision.In 2016 the Ministry of transport maritime bureau to cancel the visa system as the background,the status quo of Jiangdu maritime regulatory information as a starting point,with the responsibility of the government,government regulation,electronic governance theory as the theoretical foundation,proposed the Jiangdu maritime information supervision work of the existing problems and to do in-depth inquiry.Reference for other domestic maritime sector information on the regulatory experience,using literature research method,investigation method,case analysis method,combined with the new trend of the development of the information technology,put forward the improvement direction and route of the unit of maritime supervision informatization construction,with strong pertinence and operability of.This paper discusses from five aspects:first,introduce the background,purpose and practical significance of the topic,the research status quo at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods.Secondly,the concept of maritime and maritime information supervision is defined,and the theoretical basis of the article is discussed.Furthermore,it analyzes the current situation of Jiangdu maritime information management,the existing problems.in the current maritime information management and the reasons.Fourth,analyze the practice of the provincial and foreign maritime departments in the information supervision,and find out the experience that can improve our information supervision work.Finally,on the basis of learning from other people's valuable experience and combining with the specific characteristics of the unit jurisdiction,we put forward the countermeasures to promote the future Jiangdu maritime information supervision.
