The engine is the core component of the aircraft,and it is also the main power device of the aircraft.We need to check and maintain the aircraft engine frequently.Because of the problems of large size,heavy weight and difficult installation,the aircraft engines are difficult to disassemble and install quickly and conveniently.And the quality of installation has great influence on aircraft engines.In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in the process of assembly and disassembly in installation vehicle for aircraft engine,this paper develops the research work of the installation vehicle based on the omnidirectional mobile technology and the design of multi degree of freedom posture adjustment.The main research content is as follows:According to the main technical parameters,this paper designs the scheme of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine,puts forward the chassis based on the Mecanum wheel as the moving mechanism,and gives the concrete layout and design of the chassis based on the marching wheel,and the calculation and selection of the related parts.Based on the theoretical analysis of the omnidirectional movement theory based on the Mecanum wheel,the ADAMS software is used to simulate the motion of the moving mechanism under normal working conditions,forward shifting center of gravity,shifting the center of gravity to the right,different wheel conditions,wheel slippage Under the operating conditions,and the influence of mobile mechanism on front and rear movement,left and right motion and in-situ rotation is analyzed.The series alignment mechanism is a stack-type drive mechanism,and the installation vehicle for aircraft engine carries out a multi-degree of freedom design based on the design of the series alignment mechanism.According to the specific design index,we design the functional components of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine.According to the specific requirements,we choose the most suitable structure design for installation vehicle for aircraft engine from different parts design.And this paper completes the relevant calculation and selection,and finally completes the overall assembly design of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine.The installation vehicle for aircraft engine is analyzed by finite element analysis software for strength,stiffness and modal analysis.The HyperMesh module in Hyper Works software is used for the pre-processing of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine.And according to the state of different installation vehicle for aircraft engine,the load and constraint are applied,and the RADIOSS solver is used to find the stress and displacement of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine under different working conditions.The relative stress distribution and displacement distribution clouds are obtained.In this paper,modal analysis is also performed to obtain the various modes and natural frequencies of the vehicle free-mode.The results show that the installation vehicle for aircraft engine are obtained according to the results obtained.The sensitivity analysis and size optimization design are carried out on the basis of the static analysis of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine.By optimizing the calculation,the overall weight reduction of the vehicle is 189Kg.And each condition after optimization is verified.Although the maximum stress increases slightly under various working conditions,it still meets the design requirements.The free mode of installation vehicle for aircraft engine is also verified.After optimization,the modal and frequency of the free mode change little,so the structural design of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine has achieved the lightweight requirement.The research achievements of this paper meet the characteristics of the omnidirectional movement of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine,and meet the needs of multi degree of freedom adjustment and attitude adjustment,complete the high efficient and quick installation of the aircraft engine,and have completed the requirements of the lightweight design.It has laid a good foundation for the research of other types of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine,and has certain guiding significance.
