Aircraft manufacturing plays a decisive role in the aviation industry.The aircraft engine is the power source of the aircraft and the core part of the aircraft.It is likened to the heart of the aircraft.Aiming at the deficiencies in the disassembly,installation and transportation of aircraft engines,and the research of omnidirectional movement theory and series-parallel attitude adjustment system,it's necessary do some research on the installation vehicle for aircraft engine and its key technologies.The specific research work is as follows:According to the technical specifications of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine,reasonable modular division of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine is carried out,and parameter matching design of the whole vehicle is completed.Using omnidirectional mobile technology,the electric drive walking chassis is adopted,the scissors and forks lifting mechanism is mounted,and multi-degree of freedom design is integrated into the specific design of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine.Using ADAMS motion simulation software is to simulate and analyze the omnidirectional moving mechanism.by changing the magnitude and direction of the speed of the Mecanum wheel to control the displacement trajectory of omnidirectional mobile mechanism and study the effects of gravity center deviation and wheel skidding on omnidirectional mobile mechanism under special conditions.The attitude adjustment system of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine is designed by the series and parallel attitude adjustment mechanism,which can satisfy the attitude adjustment stroke of different degrees of freedom to a large extent.The six degrees of freedom mainly includes translation in all directions and rotation in each axial direction.The principle is to input the control signal to the motion platform by operating the handle on the remote control of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine.The control system controls the hydraulic system after receiving the control signal,and converts the hydraulic energy input into each cylinder into the mechanical energy of the driving system to complete the movement of each degree of freedom.According to the design requirements of the the installation vehicle for aircraft engine,a six-degree-of-freedom design scheme is put forward,and the structural design and strength check are performed,and the selection of the cylinder is completed according to the maximum load.In order to study the influence of different engine position on the installation vehicle for aircraft engine in the disassembly and assembly operation,the finite element analysis software is used to calculate the different position states of the aircraft engine disassembly and assembly vehicle during use.The results show the rigidity and strength of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine meet the requirements.And through the modal analysis,the various modes and natural frequencies of the installation vehicle for aircraft engine in the free free mode are obtained.The results show that the installation vehicle for aircraft engine meets the design requirements.Hydraulic system test and attitude adjustment performance test for the installation vehicle for aircraft engine.Comparing the design index with the test results,the results show that the hydraulic system test and attitude adjustment performance test basically meet the requirements.The research results of the paper meet the needs of using the installation vehicle for aircraft engine.It adopts omnidirectional mobile technology and has six-degree-of-freedom attitude adjustment function.It can quickly and safely and efficiently complete the installation and disassembly of aircraft engines and has important guiding significance for the development of aircraft assembly technology in the future.
