To follow the tendencies of large displacement,high sand ratio,high precision and high automation for fracturing mixing sand,increasingly importance has been attached to its technological requirements.In the fracturing mixing sand,construction parameters' accuracy of pressure,displacement,sand proportion directly influence its construction effect.Nevertheless,fracturing mixing sand data are obtained through traditional ocular estimate and empirical method in most Chinese oil fields,which makes the construction precision difficult to be guaranteed.Meanwhile,automatic detection,sand control technology in real time with high precision used to fracturing mixing sand has been monopolized by minority countries abroad.Thus,it has greater practical value and market prospect to develop an independent intellectual property system-sand data collect-control system,which would contribute to collect production data and control proportion sand.Based on the oil fields' needs,the system adopts the distributed framework,which is main 'control system+slave control data processing system+detection data&control terminal'.By means of the portable system,wireless transmission of data,it builds up the hardware system's framework.Based on modularized controller design and at the core of ARM embedded system,it finishes its main hardwares,including data detection terminal,data processing module,main control unit,power management facility and automatic-control-sand subsystem.It competes the softwares' function pianning on account of the 'object-oriented' and'top-down' to realize function of the hardware.And with the aid of 'VC++6.0' and 'Kei14'programming platforms,it develops programes and carrys out the procedures of each module.Combining with control system simulation technology and 'fuzzy control'&'PID control'—the control idea,by the aid of Simulink's simulation function,it optimizes the control parameters.And the control function is achieved by taking full advantages of fuzzy-PID's dynamic property and static property.Finally,it carrys out indoor tests and field experiments of the data collection system.Then optimize and improve the production data collection system via the experimental data.The experiment shows that the data collection system is able to detect,collect and show the production data quickly and accurately.Thus it can realize data's remote share and control,achieve the design aims.
