The development of the economy and reinforcement of the international competitiveness of a country is inseparable from the development of the enterprise group.With deepening of capital expansion,the parent-subsidiary system,which also lies at the central part of the group's internal relationships,gradually become one of the important forms of modern organization.Good parent-subsidiary financial control system ensures the normal operation of the group and makes the group stand in an impregnable position in the increasingly fierce international competition.Being a grouped enterprise,giving full play to the role of financial performance evaluation in the company's financial control and correctly guiding company subsidiaries making efforts toward the value-maximization goal of the group enterprise,has extremely significant significance.Taking the example of the parent-subsidiary financial performance control of VIE Science & Technology(the “Company”),this paper provides a comprehensive analysis and research on the establishment of a financial performance system on the comprehensive investment center This paper first expounds the basic concepts and theory of financial performance evaluation,and a measure of financial performance indicators of investment center is given thereafter;then introduces the concept and characteristics of financial performance evaluation based on the comprehensive investment center,describes the development course and current situation of the financial performance evaluation of the Company,and analyzes the existing problems and reasons for such problems of the Company subsidiaries and business units on the financial performance evaluation system.Meanwhile,by choosing the Company's subsidiaries and business units as the research objects,selecting typical core evaluation index,basic evaluation index and control index,and reasonably determining the weighting,this paper builds a theoretical system of a financial performance evaluation system of the comprehensive investment center,calculates the comprehensive evaluation index of three sample firms,provides case analysis on the financial performance evaluation system of its investment center,and evaluates and analyzes the result of super profit incentive compensation on the management team members of the three sample companies by using excess residual income.Finally,this paper points out the supporting policies to which attention shall be paid for building financial performance evaluation system of comprehensive investment center,and gives advice on improving the financial performance evaluation effect of the comprehensive investment center.The basic conclusion of this paper is that the investment center is a basic pattern on controlling subsidiaries by parent company financially and internally.Building financial performance evaluation system based on the pattern of comprehensive investment center needs the company to focus on the core controlling points depending on different development stages of the enterprise and taking different evaluation indices and weights in accordance with the actual operating performance of enterprises.When giving excess profit reward to management team,the company shall pay attention to the asset utilization efficiency,and reward so on the basis of the super residual income in order to achieve the mutual goal of operators and the shareholders,that is,increases in wealth.
