Wire and cable industry is currently a red sea,the competition is very fierce.Every business is seeking a breakthrough.YD group as the leading domestic private enterprises in the wire and cable industry,actively and continually seeking to new market and new product growth at the same time,has been always improving the internal management level.Under such a background,YD group launched ERP reconstruction project,benchmarking for domestic and overseas funded cooperates and competitors,invited the famous IBM consulting team,to rebuild a standardized,processlized and intelligent management system.YD group management layer has deep consciousness to the original management style:a lot of empiricism,subjectivis and decisions not relying on the data.The management itself is far from overcoming the chacnges from dynamic varying market.Many innovation and tries emerge in this YD Group's ERP rebuilt project.This article studies management innovations in the sales,production,procurement and financial management,also provides the corresponding solutions.All programs in this paper have been implemented in the YD group's rebuilt ERP system.This paper makes a detailed study on the YD group's management evolving from the functional based management to the four centers model(cost,profit,cost,service).The comparison of the operating structure of the company before and after the transformation is given,and the advantages and disadvantages are also given.This paper discusses the sales management solution.The solution step forward to the front end sales leads phase,shorten the distance between the customer and the group.Internal control involved earlier than used to be.It makes group sales forecast,overall capacity planning,and market strategy more accurately,compared to the previous way,which depends on meeting discuss about feelings.All is data supported,more scientific and reasonable.Meanwhile greatly reduce the collusion risks of internals sales dealing with customers and gaming company.Customer management and contract management are also discussed in terms of sales.Customer information standardization and contract structure tidy is a must of the follow-up dual credit control.Institutionalization of the relationship between the customer makes the customer's credit limit management and control more reliable.YD group proposed dual credit risk management and control system(customer + credit sales control system)is a great innovation in the industry.And with a reliable implementation of the program to the ERP system,as well as the corresponding sales and financial system as a guarantee.Contract management clarifies the relationship between contracts,which makes it possible to analyze the profitability of the financial contract based on the contract.The sales and production integration was also discussed here,put through from sales contract to sales order,to work order,and last to ship order.This makes the financial precise cost accounting more reliable.Compared the previous relationships by hand articulation,by financial accounting layer,the more institutionalized and automation of the process,enhance the efficiency of consolidation.In terms of procurement provides a solution to draw the cetral purchasing and branch purchasing.Financial aspects of the COA unified and financial management and control of the group centralized.The significance of this paper is that through the detailed description of the YD group of a series of management changes,you can give a lot of domestic cable enterprises which have not come to this volume or the management degree some reference.Even some of the domestic enterprises in the extensive mode of management of other industries also have a certain reference value.Of course,management does not have absolute right and wrong,it always depends on enterprise culture,enterprise environment,enterprise personnel quality composition and also other series of factors have a relationship,but only is valuable.
