The cable-supported bridge is the main bridge type of modern long-span bridges.The cable is the most critical force-bearing member of the cable-supported bridge.Its stress safety directly affects the operation safety of the entire bridge,and its service life directly affects the life cycle cost of the bridge.In the course of bridge service,due to the cable being in a harsh working environment for a long time,the steel wire inside the cable is prone to corrosion damage in the early stage,and the evolution of the corrosion disease of the cable wire will significantly affect the safety and policy service life of the cable.Therefore,it is an important work to conduct experimental and theoretical studies on the corrosion evolution of cable wires.In the article,based on the experimental research of steel wire corrosion,combined with the cellular automata method,the use of numerical simulation simulation analysis to further understand the evolution process of cable steel wire corrosion damage.The specific work completed in this article is as follows:(1)Conduct extensive data investigation on the corrosion damage of cable steel wire,and summarize the types of steel wire corrosion according to the development stage of steel wire corrosion.The system introduces the corrosion mechanism of cable wire such as chemical corrosion,electrochemical corrosion,comprehensive corrosion and local corrosion.(2)Using the internal wire of the replaced old cable as an experimental sample,an accelerated corrosion experiment in the steel wire room was conducted,and the collected image of the surface corrosion pattern of the steel wire was taken as the research object to explore the change law of the surface corrosion pattern of the steel wire with time.Using computer image processing technology,extract and analyze the grayscale features of the corrosion image,study the correlation between the grayscale features and time changes,and analyze the effect of different corrosion environments on the corrosion rate of the steel wire accelerated corrosion experiment.(3)Based on the cellular automaton method,a cellular automaton model for cable steel wire is proposed,the corrosion evolution rules of the two-dimensional cellular automaton model for cable wire corrosion are defined,and the core elements and evolution rules of the cellular model are set using a programming language.Simulate the evolution of pitting corrosion and uniform corrosion damage on the surface of the cable wire from the mesoscopic scale,obtain the corrosion morphology map that evolves with time under different corrosion parameters,and analyze the statistics of the different corrosion morphology,corrosion depth,and the number of cells The change of index output explores the dynamic mechanism of steel wire corrosion.
