Research On Safety Production Supervision Issues In Gulou District, Nanjing

The mortality rate of GDP of RMB 100 million has been decreasing year by year,and the number of accidents has been decreasing year by year.As the economic volume base continues to increase,the total number of accidents is still large from a national perspective,and from time to time,major and major accidents with greater impact will occur.Today,with the development of emerging industries,the accident is not only concentrated in the traditional industrial manufacturing industry,the government faces more severe safety regulatory challenges in the emerging industries.Therefore,it has become an important task to study the problems encountered in the process of production safety supervision by local governments and their functional departments,analyze the causes and put forward countermeasures to effectively solve the problems in the process of production safety supervision and ensure the stability of production safety.In this paper,the author chooses gulou district of nanjing as an example,firstly analyzes the research achievements of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the field of production safety,and summarizes the experience that can be used for reference and the shortcomings in the research.Second,the government regulation theory and collaborative governance theory as the tool,using the literature research and empirical analysis to nanjing gulou safe production supervision were analyzed,and find out the regulation of the existence of gulou become a mere formality,the mechanism is not smooth,the regulation effect is not obvious and the lack of the social participation status,the analysis step by step out of the lack of ideological understanding does not reach the designated position,unreasonable regulations,basic regulatory team deep reason is weak,lack of social participation channels and so on.Finally,according to the problems and causes analyzed above,the author puts forward four countermeasures and Suggestions,such as improving the ideological awareness,strengthening the full responsibility matching,strengthening the basic foundation and improving the basic guarantee,in order to scientifically and reasonably solve the problems existing in the supervision of production safety in gulou district and promote the safety development of gulou district.Gulou district in nanjing is the central city of a developed city.The author hopes that through the study and analysis of this case,it can provide some reference for the same type of city in the work of safety supervision,and further guarantee the stability of the production safety situation in the central city.
