Research On The Issue Of Joint Construction And Management Of Public Roads In Ranghulu District

In the process of building a harmonious society,the contradiction between enterprise and land runs through the development of oil field enterprises,and with the rapid development of economy,it presents different forms of expression.The harmonious development between enterprises and land is obvious to all,however,oil field enterprises occupy more and more land,and the uneven distribution of interests is a stumbling block to the better cooperation between enterprises.This paper analyzes the current situation of the co construction and management of the public roads in Ranghulu District,designs a questionnaire by using the methods of literature research,field visit and questionnaire survey,and summarizes the views on the co construction and co management of public roads in Ranghulu District,finds out the problems existing in the co construction and management of enterprises and land in Ranghulu District,and analyzes the causes of the problems,and through the governance of public roads at home and abroad In order to promote the development relationship between oil field enterprises and the government of Ranghulu District,strengthen the co construction and management of public roads,promote the development of regional economy,safeguard the interests of the people,and then achieve the win-win situation of the government,enterprises and the people.The theme of this paper is to Rang Hulu District co-construction of public roads,through five parts of the study.In the first part,the author puts forward the background,research purpose and significance of the topic and the current research situation at home and abroad;the second part,through questionnaires and field visits,grasps the present situation and the cognition of enterprises and local residents,to find out the problems existing in the construction and management of public roads by enterprises and local residents,such as the existence of government posts;the third part analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the construction of public roads by enterprises and land in Rang Hulu District.Mainly for The second part introduces the experience of public road management at home and abroad,taking Changqing Oilfield and Liaohe Oilfield as an example,carries on the domestic and foreign experience summary,provides the reference for the next part countermeasure suggestion.Through the research of this paper,we try to prove that co-construction and co-management of enterprise land road is the necessary means to maximize the benefit of land use,which plays apositive role in realizing saving land,economic land,saving investment,constructing harmonious society and harmonious relationship between enterprises and land.
