China is an ancient civilization in the world,and the textile industry has always been one of the pillar industries of our national economic tradition.With the continuous development of science and technology,the structure of industrial equipment continues to become more complex and sophisticated,and the coupling between various components has increased.Especially when the equipment is running at high speed,some connection or component failure will damage the entire production chain,cause huge economic losses,and even threaten the personal safety of personnel.As the lifting device of shuttleless loom,the electronic dobby performance will affect the production efficiency and production quality of the loom.The variety and number of parts that make up the dobby are various.The manual assembly results in a large difference in the overall performance of the dobby.Therefore,under the increasingly complex textile production requirements,the acquisition of state parameters of the electronic dobby operating process has become the focus of attention of the market and enterprises.This article takes Jiangsu ×× science and technology organization as the research project of “Development of comprehensive performance testing and analysis system for dobby” as the research object,and uses the LX405 and LX407 models produced by the company as research objects to develop the operation process condition monitoring system.This paper analyzes the movement process of the dobby,establishes a mathematical model of the dobby,and establishes a three-dimensional model of the dobby by tracing the parts of the dobby;Propose a pattern-based motion control method for the dobby;The state parameters of the dobby's operating point are collected through sensors,and a data acquisition system is established to obtain the change law of the state parameters during the dobby's movement,and compared with the theoretical calculation results to determine whether the dobby meets the factory requirements;At the same time,a large amount of data generated during the movement,based on the MRO fault maintenance system,realizes fault early warning,locates the fault location,gives maintenance suggestions,draws maintenance evaluation,and improves maintenance efficiency.After the system is established,it can flexibly match the pattern sequence and time to control the movement of the dobby through friendly human-computer interaction.By setting the pattern once,the test can be completed without repeated operations,which greatly saves labor;The data acquisition system is used to obtain the operating parameters of the dobby,to realize the digital testing of the dobby,and to use the data to evaluate the performance of the dobby is more convincing;In addition,the data is analyzed by the MRO fault maintenance system,which can predict the location of the fault,resolve it early,and avoid causing larger faults;The corresponding maintenance strategy is extracted through the knowledge cloud,and maintenance guidance is put forward to assist technicians to perform maintenance,which greatly improves the maintenance efficiency.
