Performance appraisal management is a comprehensive method,with checking and assessing the work,performance,ability and attitude of employees in accordance with certain standards and scientific methods to determine the management methods of their performance.Meanwhile,it's also a yardstick for enterprise management,an important means to promote the progress and development of enterprises,and a powerful guarantee for the construction of enterprise talents.There are many ways to manage performance.It's important to choose the right method for the management of enterprises.In the past 30 years of reform and opening,China's enterprises and economy have developed vigorously.Thereinto,the GDP of the state-owned and state-controlled industrial enterprises accounts for more than 50% of the total industrial output value,especially in recent years.As the third largest enterprise in Shaanxi Province,the SX is engaged in metal smelting,mining and related manufacturing.Although it has developed well in the past few decades,due to the limited system of state-owned enterprises,outmoded management systems and concepts,the development of the enterprise has been restricted.In the final analysis,there are problems with the management personnel.Because the personnel are unstable,the enterprise is difficult to develop,and the enterprise management system has problems,so that the management personnel can not get a long-term development,which will make management A large number of people are lost.This thesis is mainly studying the performance appraisal system which plays the role in enterprises.Firstly,after the on-the-spot investigation and research on SX company's subsidiary-YANGJI branch,we did a research that SX branch has many problems in the performance appraisal of middle-managers.The main problems are the unclear assessment,lack of quantification,and unfair assessment.It leads to the enthusiasm of the middle-managers can't be fully mobilized.In consideration of the seriousness of the above problems,the thesis,according to the assessment methods of relevant industries at home and abroad,and the problems of the performance appraisal of the company,design of a new one based on the original performance appraisal system.The main methods in the design performance appraisal program are Key Performance Indicators(KPIs).Besides the above methods,combined with the current operating conditions and institutional composition of the SX branch and the actual situation design test model,we can create a set performance appraisal system,it not only makes the appraisal more fair and open,but also reflects the talent's advantages,puts people first,treats talents differently,performs performance appraisal with actual quantitative indicators,ensures the echelon construction of talents and prevents brain drain.We hope that the research of this thesis can be applied in the SX branch,which provides the basis and guidance for the performance evaluation of the middle managers of the enterprise,which makes the enterprise more competitive and energetic and can develop better.
