Since the reform and opening up,China has been continuously increasing the construction of industrialization and information technology.While developing and growing rapidly,Chinese enterprises have gradually realized the helplessness of the inherent disadvantages of being a latecomer,and technological catch-up has become a problem that every latecomer must face.Organizational learning is the premise and foundation for late-developing enterprises to achieve technological catch-up and a core ability for enterprises to achieve success.The development of new products,the introduction of new technologies and the flexible application in production involved in the process of technological catch-up are all related to organizational learning.This article adopts the research methods of case analysis,based on the theory of enterprise technology backwardness pursued and organizational learning theory,through the study of Jinhe Biotechnology Co.,Ltd was founded the history of nearly 30 years the development of the corresponding technology catch-up phase division,longitudinal explores how the company at different stages of technology pursued by different organizational learning activities to implement the technology acquisition and technology digestion and absorption,ultimately achieve the goal of ascension technology.After analysis,this paper finds that in the process of realizing technological catch-up,the organizational learning activities for the purpose of realizing technological innovation are not a certain kind of invariable,but the use of learning activities and exploration learning activities alternate,and sometimes even combine with each other at the same time.In the stage of technology acquisition,the main organizational learning activities adopted by the enterprise are the utilization of learning activities,and the acquisition of technology through technology purchase and introduction,technology transfer and research and development in cooperation with other units creates benefits.In the stage of technology digestion and absorption,enterprises mainly adopt exploratory learning activities,take primary innovation as the path,assist in acquiring new technologies and making them more efficient,and expand production scale.Technical improvement stage,the enterprise adopts the exploration and utilization of organizational learning activities in go hand in hand,explore learning embodied in research and development of new technologies and new products continuously,by using learning is through mergers and acquisitions the maturity of the adjacent industry for new technology,through the two paths to open up new markets and channels,improve enterprise performance.
