With the development of economic globalization,the mode of enterprise development is constantly innovating.More and more joint ventures develop the economy in the form of multinational companies.Cross-cultural management has become one of the main problems in corporate management.In the process of cross-cultural management of joint ventures,the education,culture and personal development that employees receive will determine the work situation of employees,and it turns out that if the joint venture cannot effectively achieve cross-cultural management,the development of the joint venture will be greatly affected.Influence,so how to achieve effective cross-cultural management of joint ventures is very important.Mongolia is a neighbor of China.It has been 70 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1949.The two countries' trade cooperation is very close,especially in the coal industry.There are also some problems in the cross-cultural management of Sino-Mongolian joint ventures.The integration of ethnic cultures and the promotion of employee communication can alleviate the cross-cultural management of Sino-Mongolian joint ventures to a certain extent,but how to achieve this requires further thinking.This article takes the cross-cultural management of Sino-Mongolian joint ventures as the research object,and uses literature methods,interview methods,and in-depth investigations of the cross-cultural management of Sino-Mongolian joint ventures.Cultural management was investigated and analyzed,and the Sino-Mongolian joint venture MAK was taken as the object of investigation.Through interviews with employees of the company,it was found that the problems of cross-cultural management in Sino-Mongolian joint ventures mainly include management's neglect of cross-cultural management and lack of communication between employees.Aiming at the existing problems and combining the actual development of China and Mongolia,it puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the cross-cultural management of Sino-Mongolian joint ventures,attaches importance to cross-cultural management,and strengthens the integration of ethnic cultures.The problems and countermeasures in the cross-cultural management of Sino-Mongolian joint ventures in this article are of great significance to the cross-cultural management of Sino-Mongolian joint ventures.Through cultural integration and enhanced communication,they can effectively improve the effective management of Sino-Mongolian joint ventures and promote Sino-Mongolian joint ventures.Healthy development.
