Molybdenum,as a rare metal,is widely used in iron and steel industry and energy and chemical industry.China's rapid economic development requires a large number of molybdenum products,and molybdenum resources are limited.How to make better use of these resources,regulate the order of the industry,and effectively improve the competitiveness of the whole industry are all issues that Chinese molybdenum metallurgical enterprises have to consider.Molybdenum mining enterprises need to grasp the government policy,the market development status analysis,according to the enterprise's own situation to complete the formulation of marketing strategy,these mining enterprises need to solve the problem.This article select gold molybdenum co molybdenum metallurgical product marketing as the research object,first of all,through to the Jinduicheng molybdenum co existing marketing situation analysis,to understand some existing problems,and analyzes the reasons behind the problem,at the same time also has carried on the questionnaire survey,comprehensive analysis of the main factors influencing the molybdenum product marketing strategy,then has carried on the SWOT analysis.Secondly,based on the above analysis results,the 4E marketing strategy combination is proposed.The characteristics of molybdenum metallurgical products are analyzed.In terms of products,project management is mainly adopted to carry out systematic project operation of products.From the aspect of price,focus on products,build their own core competitiveness,actively promote technological innovation,maximize customer value as much as possible;In terms of channels,the short channel mode is implemented to effectively meet the personalized needs of customers through zero-level channels;In the aspect of promotion strategy,we should pay attention to the characteristics of industry promotion,grasp the characteristics of molybdenum metallurgical products,and deal with the relationship between customers and enterprises,so that customers have more trust in the enterprise.Finally,the implementation guarantee is proposed from six aspects of strengthening the concept innovation of marketing personnel,constructing scientific marketing organization structure,strengthening the brand construction of "JDC",enhancing the technical innovation ability of products,perfecting the innovative marketing strategy system,and establishing the fast and thoughtful service system.On the basis of theoretical knowledge,combined with the marketing practice of the Jinduicheng molybdenum co,the product is operated as a systematic project under the circumstance of fully considering the needs of customers,and the targeted design of molybdenum metallurgical products of jinmo shares is carried out by using 4E marketing mix strategy.The research results of this paper are similar to the non-ferrous metal industry marketing strategy formulation,has a certain reference and reference significance.
