| In recent decades,with the development and application of water-based UV-curable environmental protection coatings,silicone and nano heat-insulating materials have played an important role in chemistry,environmental protection and energy conservation.Due to its unique molecular structure and characteristics,silicon-containing compounds and nanomaterials have been widely used in the fields of architecture,automobile and medical treatment,especially the modificated resin system by silicone and nanomaterial in heatinsulating coating resins becomes a hot research topic recently.In this paper,a kind of siliconemodified UV-curable waterborne epoxy composite containing itaconic acid and citric acid was synthesized and studied,it appeared excellent performance.The preparation process of waterborne transparent glass thermal insulation coating with synthetic resin and nano-metered tin antimony oxide(ATO)was studied,and the properties of the resin and coating were tested.The coating would mainly be applied in glasses,such as building glass and automobile window glass,etc.The coating has high transparency in visible light and effective infrared-insulating performance.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Epoxy resin(E-51),itaconic acid(IA)and citric acid(CA)were used as main raw materials to synthesize ultraviolet(UV)cured aqueous prepolymer(modified resin)from a sequence of reactions.The effects of reaction temperature and catalyst on reaction rate and properties of modified resin were discussed.The effects of epoxy resin(e-51),itaconic acid(IA)and citric acid(CA)on film properties were studied.The modified resin was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.(2)A series of silicone-modified waterborne UV curable epoxy resin containing itaconic acidand citric acid were synthesized by hydrolysis,dehydration,graft copolymerization and neutralization.Vinyltriethoxysilane(VTES)was selected as the appropriate silicone modifier.The effects of the types of neutralizing agents,the amount of photoinitiator,the types and amount of silane coupling agents on the water resistance,water contact angle and mechanical properties of the coating films were investigated.The synthetic resins were detected by infrared spectroscopy and their films were scaned by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).(3)Nano ATO powder was modified by silane coupling agent.The nano ATO thermal insulation slurry was prepared by modified ATO which dispersed by ultrasonic-mechanical dispersive process.The influence of affecting factors such as different silane coupling agent,dispersant and its dosage,ultrasonic time were researched,and slurry properties was studied.The morphology and particle size of modified ATO in the slurry were investigated,and the preparation technology parameters were optimized.(4)The UV curing thermal insulation coating has been developed based on self-made modified resin and nano ATO thermal insulation slurry as the main film forming material.The influence of ratio of different slurry and self-made modified resin on film hardness,adhesion,storage stability and water resistance was investigated.The thermal insulation effect of the thermal insulation coating was tested in a simulated thermal insulation device.The results reveal that the heat insulation coating which hased been prepared have good comprehensive performance,high transparency in visible light and effective infrared-insulating performance,it is an ideal heat-insulating material. |
