Coupled Research Of Coal Mining And Ecological Protecting

As an important production of coal resources abundance provinces,coal mining has important implications for regional water resources.Across the country,the background is vigorously promoting the ecological civilization and green development.How to define and coordinate the relationship between the coal mining and ecological protecting is becoming a concerning problem.To solve this problem can improve the ecological environment of coal resource abundance province and accelerating the construction of ecological civilization.This article based on the perspective of coupling established coupling relationship of coal mining and ecological protecting.This article is divided into four parts:coal mining and of water resource protecting and utilizing;coal mining and of land resource protecting and utilizing;coal mining and of plant resource protecting and utilizing;coal mining and of air resource protecting and utilizing.Then the article illustrates the coupling mechanism of coal mining and ecological protecting from history and reality.The empirical part selects the object of study which is the ten provinces of abundant coal resources in China.The ten provinces is Nei Menggu,Shanxi,Shanxi,Henan,Hebei,Shandong,Sichuan,Xinjiang,Guizhou and Guangxi.Bilaterally and empirically researching the coupling degree and coupled coordinative degree of the four system within the scope of provincial.Also it analyzes the results and tries to find the reasons.In the end of the article it puts forward four coupling paths which represented by adjusting industrial layout,optimizing production mode,intensifying market dominant.Four coupling paths also come down to water,land,plant and air.The results show that the four systems’ coupling degree of the 10 provinces which abundance of coal resources is generally lower.Coupling type is mutual inhibition which is called "antagonistic period".Coupling coordinative degree is between the "light disorder" and "coordinate disorder".In the spatial distribution of the coupling coordinative degree the coal mining and water resource show a trend that the northern is worse than southern,which is called "inverted triangle";the coal mining and air resource show a "dumbbell-shaped";however,the coal mining and land resource as well as he coal mining and plant resource has no special distribution,it is related to the natural condition and social condition of its own.This article research the relationship between coal mining and ecological protecting with the new perspective of coupling.Not only embody the relationship between coal mining and ecological system,but also makes up for the current theory that only focus on the impact of coal mining on ecosystem one-way.In addition,the article based on a macroscopic analysis of the national provincial range,using quantitative analysis method,using data to support,enhancing the reliability of research.This article is divided into six chapters.The structure is arranged as following:The first chapter is introduction.Mainly narrates the writing background,significance,purpose,method,innovation points,and analyzes the related literature abroad and inland,put forward my own theoretical points.The second chapter based on the analyzing the applicability of coupling in economics,coupled with a fresh perspective on established the coupling relationship of coal mining and ecological protection.The third chapter analyzes the coupling mechanism of the coal mining and ecological protection start with the coupling agent and coupling obstacles.The fourth chapter mainly empirical research in the coupling relationship between coal mining and ecological protection,supported by coupling model,set up evaluation index system,collected the data and calculation analysis.On the basis of empirical analysis in previous chapter,the fifth chapter puts forward four coupling paths:the coupling path of coal mining and land utilization,the coupling path of coal mining and water resource utilization,the coupling path of coal mining and vegetation protection,the coupling path of coal mining and atmosphere protection.The sixth chapter summarized the full text.According to the article,puts forward the research prospect.
