Starting from the basic concepts of SCADA system and digital oilfield,this paper describes the theory,practice and effect of combining SCADA technology with production,development and operation of remote wellsite.It is analyzed that the remote wells in Changqing Oilfield are facing the problems of large daily oil production flow,bad natural environment,difficult production management,high security prevention and control,and high cost of digital construction.However,the existing digital construction standard system can not achieve the full coverage of production data acquisition and monitoring,which has become one of the technical difficulties to be solved in the digital construction of Changqing Oilfield.With the help of 4G network transmission technology and combined with A11 digital construction technology standard of Changqing Oilfield,data such as well pressure,tank level,pumping unit operation parameters,power diagram and video pictures of 5 oil wells in 4 remote wells are transmitted to the industrial database deployed SCADA system by SIM card in industrial 4G router through APN encrypted channel,and data matching and compatibility are achieved finally.To achieve the goal of remote monitoring of real-time production data in remote wellsite at the level of operation area.Finally,a complete mobile,low-cost remote well field digital acquisition and monitoring system is formed,which is of great practical significance for the next step of digital comprehensive monitoring of the entire oil area.
