With the completion of the digital construction of Ansai Oilfield, the continuous application of the digital management platform, and the continuous improvement of the digital management system, the revolutionary changes brought about by digital management have become the norm,in order to deepen the potential of digital oi1 fields,New solutions such as automation and intelligence are needed to support the exploration, evaluation, development, adjustment and management of Ansai Oilfield. This paper analyzes the background of unmanned field station construction from the current situation of X block in Ansai Oilfield, analyzes the possible problems in the construction process from the construction requirements of unattended stations and gives detailed solutions. Then analyze the technical difficulties and needs of unmanned field station construction.According to the production status and specificity of the target block,a detailed design of the unattended well station was designed, and the pilot test was carried out.The advantages and problems in the operation were recorded in detail during the test.Through the pilot test results, the scheme is optimized, and the process control subsystem, remote monitoring subsystem, network communication subsystem, lightning protection subsystem and eentral station management mode are studied to form a complete set of unmanned Value field station management system.Through the above research,real-time data remote monitoring, historical data query, parameter over-limit alarm, report management;real-time monitoring and remote control of equipment;emergency cut-off,emergency process switching; The application shows that the system helps to optimize the labor organization structure, resolve the contradiction between labor and labor, and improve the efficiency of production operations.
